Is it dishwasher friendly?
Yes – UdderLoks are dishwasher friendly - we also tested the durability of a Load ‘n’ Lok bottle in the dishwasher every day for a year and it passed the dishwasher test.
Is it Recyclable?
Yes – UdderLok is Type 2 HDPE and the Load ‘n’ Lok bottle is Type 7. Our packaging is also fully recyclable and contains recycled materials. .
Where is UdderLok made?
UdderLok, Load ‘n’ Lok and its packaging are made in Great Britain.
Can I lay the milk down with an UdderLok on?
We recommend you keep your milk bottles upright.
Will UdderLok work on milk bottles in my country?
UdderLok is compatible with supermarket milk bottles in the UK and Anchor Dairy milk cartons in New Zealand – we are hoping to expand our range to other countries soon.
How secure is UdderLok?
We’re all about discouraging theft - it’ll make the office kitchen thief’s life a bit harder so they take someone else’s milk.
Can someone get the lock off without the key?
Please screw the lock on tightly. We’ve designed it to allow you to do this without it jumping the thread on the bottle.
UdderLok is skipping the thread when I tighten it, what should I do?
It may be that the thread type doesn’t match – please see the compatibility image. You need to gently push it on while turning a quarter-turn anti-clockwise which will make it sit flat, and then screw clockwise to tighten – It’s a snug fit and can take a little practice.
